Income Tax Rate = 1.5% (effective 7-1-88)

Mandatory Filing every year for ALL Residents 18 and over, retirement MAY be an exception (effective 1-1-03)

Tax Credit = 50% (effective 7-1-07)

Credit Limit = 1.5%

Regular Office Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

The City Income Tax office will prepare and file your return for FREE on a walk-in basis (no appointments).

Circleville City services have been funded by City Income Tax since 1969. Circleville has been a Mandatory Filing City since 2003. Circleville has been in contract with the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) effective 7-1-2003. Filing Information can be found on the left under Mandatory Filing Information.
