New Resident Registration Form
Welcome to the City of Circleville! All residents of the City of Circleville are required to file a City of Circleville/Regional Income Tax Agency return each year. The first step is to get registered with the Circleville Income Tax department. Please complete the registration form below, it is a fill-in form. Once completed the registration form can be emailed, mailed or faxed to the Income Tax Department.
