RITA Forms
The City of Circleville has been in contract with the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) to administer income tax collection for the City since July 1, 2003. All City of Circleville/RITA income tax forms can be found at the Regional Income Tax Agency's web site for both individuals and businesses. Look for the "Individual Link" tab or the "Business Link" tab on RITA's web site to access the form you are seeking. The quick link to RITA's web site is listed on the left.
