1. Does the city plow my driveway when it snows?

Unfortunately, no. The city cannot be held liable for personal property - it is the property owner's responsibility to keep their driveways and sidewalks clean. However, we do plow and salt intersections and residential streets.

2. Will the city hold their Spring Clean-Up this year?

Unfortunately, due to the budget, Spring Clean-Up has been suspended indefinitely.

3. Who is responsible for removing snow and ice from the sidewalk in front of my house?

You or your landlord are responsible for this.

4. My sidewalk is cracked and falling apart, will the city replace it for me?

No, the property owner must pay for repairing the sidewalk.

5. There is no sidewalk in front of my house. How do I get one?

If yours is one of the few on the street without sidewalks, you must pay to have one constructed. If your entire street is without walks, you and your neighbors may petition the city to install them as an assessment project.
