Q: If problems arise with my contractor(s), what can I do?
A: The first thing to do if there are issues with your contractor(s) is to call them and request specific details from them. Usually, they will be willing to correct the issues for you. If that does not correct the problem, you may call our office and we will schedule a meeting between you and the Chief Building Official at the problem site.
