Plan Review
Q: How long will it take for me to know if my plans are approved?

A: In the case of commercial plans, you should expect to hear from us no sooner than 14-21 days. With residential, the time varies, usually between 7-12 days.

Q: Will I have additional permit fees later?

A: In the case of corrections, you will be charged the exact cost of the additional plan review, but this is only after the initial plan review.
